Rack-holders/Sellers

Payment for your rack rental is to be received in full to confirm your booking. Payment can be made in-store by cash, or by card- please note card payments incur a surcharge fee of 1.9%.

You can also confirm by phone or email with a bank transfer option available.

All rental agreements are non-refundable.

However, you can make a date change to your booking if the change is made at least 7 days prior to your original date of rental, subject to availability.

Once confirmed with full payment I will email you a welcome letter with some printable rack tags for your chosen rack. Please fill in the tags including a description (brand, condition etc), the size of the garment and your price. Please keep a list of your items for sale.

On the day of your rental you can set up your rack at any time within our business hours - please allow at least an hour to ensure you have enough time. The earlier the better as this will give your garments more exposure to buyers.

Hangers will be provided on arrival and I can supply safety pins or rubber bands to attach your tags to your items if required.

All garments are to be quality brands in good clean condition with no marks or flaws. Please freshly wash and press your items so they are nicely presented on your rack and to avoid the shop having that ‘second hand’ musty smell.

We have a steamer if your items are creased when transporting them to the store.

I will check items regularly to ensure they are in good re-sale condition in the interest of Eco Boutiquo’s sellers and buyers, and any items that don’t meet these requirements may be taken off racks for the seller to collect.

Your rental period is based on a full week - ie. if you start your rack on a Saturday, you need to pack up your rack on the last Sunday of your rental period - please note we are currently open 6 days a week, but our hours may change according to demand. Any changes to our opening hours will be noted on our socials and shop front. If there is a Public Holiday or day within your rental period where the shop is not trading, then the appropriate extra day will be added on to your booking.

While your rack is up, any sales you make will have the tags kept for you and I will notify you by email to keep you updated. You can refill your rack up to your rack limit when items sell.

On completion of your rental period, the proceeds of your sales will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 5 business days.

You are required to collect any unsold items on your final day prior to closing time or a late fee of $15 may be charged - unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Eco Boutiquo is not responsible for any loss/theft or damage to items brought into the store - sellers are to agree to our terms and conditions prior to confirming a booking.

All care will be taken to look after your items while on your rack, and if any misplaced items are found after your rack ends I will notify you to collect within 2 weeks.

Eco Boutiquo has limited storage space so our collection terms are strictly as stated above. 

We will send out one reminder email/text, and after 14 days we will dispose of or donate any uncollected items.

Buyers

Eco Boutiquo is a second hand, pre-loved fashion store and purchases are not able to be exchanged or refunded.

Please check items carefully for any flaws prior to making a purchase.

Eco Boutiquo is not responsible for any change of mind purchases.
